Tanzania Women and Youth Advisory Organization (TAWOYA) is registered as a Non Governmental Organization under the Non Governmental Organizations Act, No. 24 of 2002. The Organization operate in National. TAWOYA office is based at Ali Hassan Mwinyi road, Makumbusho, Dar es salaam.

Tanzania Women and Youth Advisory Organization (TAWOYA) was registered in 2023 and given a registration number 00NGO/R/4755. TAWOYA came with the objective of improving and upgrading in Tanzania regions. The founders also realized the neccessity of this establishment as a mean of contributing to the development and meeting community’s needs which has been the driving force and motivation..

The goal is to organize women young girls and children into groups and build their strength so that they can play vital role and become good ambassadors and unstoppable change makers in their communities. We also sensitize policy makers and society at large about their concern through media. dialogues, training workshops, seminars by actively challanging and engagging  local leaders as they fulfill their obligations to care about the groups and other most vulnerable in their respective communities
